Task Force on Identifying Regulatory and Policy Barriers to Unlock Solutions

This task force aims to:

  • Identify and address regulatory and policy obstacles hindering the implementation and advancement of NBS in Brazil.
  • Prepare policy briefings on priority topics for discussion.
  • Propose the creation of experimental regulatory environments to test innovative solutions.
  • Present regulatory mechanisms that enable experimentation with new models.

Working Group for Identifying and Designing Innovative Financial Structures for Restoration, Regenerative Agriculture and the Bioeconomy

This task force focuses on:

  • Launching a “Project Call” for the advisory program;
  • Mapping organizations and companies;
  • Proposing selection criteria to identify relevant businesses;
  • Developing a pipeline of projects that enable financial structures for ecological restoration, regenerative agriculture and bioeconomy strengthening;
  • Producing blueprints outlining challenges and recommendations for key NBS segments.

Working Group on Identifying and Developing Standards for Financial Instruments and Impact Management

This task force is dedicated to:

  • Establishing standards for financial instruments and impact management methodologies related to NBS investments;
  • Developing a toolkit with standardization proposals for contracts, instruments, and impact management methodologies.
