The Nature Investment Lab (NIL) announces the opening of three Terms of Reference (ToR) for the hiring of specialized consultancies. The focus is on developing structural instruments for the Nature-based Solutions (NbS) market in Brazil.
These opportunities cover strategic fronts for the advancement of the ecosystem, focusing on standardization, governance, and strengthening the connection between projects and capital.
Available ToRs
- ToR 01/26 Consolidation and validation of a standard draft for carbon off-take agreements.
- ToR 02/26 Governance, standardization, and evidence for the Eco Invest Brasil Program.
- ToR 03/26 Development of a maturity analysis and investment readiness methodology for NbS projects.
Objective
The ToRs aim to address core challenges in scaling the NbS market, contributing to the development of more robust, reliable, and replicable instruments capable of accelerating capital mobilization for nature-based solutions.

The deadline for submitting proposals is April 17, at 11:59 PM (Brasília time).
